Harvard Electricity Policy Group

The Harvard Electricity Policy Group (HEPG) was founded in 1993 in response to ongoing changes in the U.S. electricity industry. Since then, it has worked to provide a forum for the discussion and analysis of important policy issues related to the transition to a more competitive electricity market, to provide a forum for informed and open debate, and to supply a vehicle for contributing to the wider public policy agenda affecting the electricity sector. The HEPG takes no positions as a group, and encourages its participants to engage actively in the national discussion.
